Introducing the Indestructible Grill, Betsy
The secret to our unique food experience…
For over 75 years, Betsy has seared more then 5 million burgers, chicken fried steaks, and much more. She is one of the first known grills by Wolfe stretching out at 4’ long and 2’ wide.
It’s her weight of over 200 pounds and construction making her so unique. Betsy survived the devastating Rock Café fire of 2008 that left her and four rock walls remaining. When asked what is the favorite food at the Rock Café, we say: “ anything coming off Betsy”.
After the 2008 fire, we were lucky to find a David, who helped us refurbish Betsy to like new condition.
